Hundreds upon hundreds of times and there are a few rules that I live by when doing so. This has enabled me to consistently deliver timelines to couples that allow us to be on time and ahead of schedule so we can avoid the stress of "crunch time" and feeling like we missed something important.
Let's face it, most people underestimate what they can do in a day and overestimate what they can do in an hour. How about we don't do that and have a real conversation around how to be ahead of schedule on your wedding day like I am with my own couples.
Ever stop to consider that you had to plan for the amount of time it takes your bridesmaids to load their bags, get their phone, walk to their vehicle and actually start driving? Just because Google says it takes 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the church doesn't mean anything on a wedding day. Let's avoid assumptions and have a real heart-to-heart about what you need to expect.

I have been a wedding vendor in the midwest for 15 years and work with a high volume of couples each year. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and am passionate about putting couples in the best position possible when it comes to enjoying their wedding day.
Part of what I do is work directly with couples to organize the experiences they seek alongside the events they've planned for their wedding day. We will have honest conversations about both "how" and "why not" when it comes to our discussion around these things to ensure you have a realist perspective of what to expect.
Aside from working in the wedding industry I have also been a people manager and real-life analyst for over two decades. Data and people are my thing! It's said time and time again, "Men lie, Women lie, the numbers don't lie." - and it couldn't be more true. Let's not work off of hopes & dreams when it comes to your wedding day and the huge financial and emotional investment that it is.

I will email you within 1-2 days of your inquiry to set up booking. Booking will require a 50% deposit and a signed agreement that covers what you receive and what I have to offer.
This is pretty self explanatory. However I only allow for a limited number of reschedules. Ensure you intend to commit to being available when we both agree to meet.
Following your meeting you will receive your timeline and any additional resources that were a product of our meeting. These will be sent via email as well as expectations on how to get support for revisions. No need for note taking on your part unless you just really want to!
